Cooking with low vision: Alvaro’s version of beans with meat

Ingredients:

Enough pork meat for 2 people

Enough meatloaf for 2 people

3 Sausages

1 Onion

2 Tomatoes

1 Banana

1 Carrot

4 Slices of Bacon

Garlic powder

Directions:

First I left in a bowl full of water the black beans all night so they would get tender.

Next morning I putted them in a pot in the stove with some salt with medium fire for 2 hours, I added 3 sausages from the start too, as always check the beans and not be relaxed by your watch LOL

Check them every 30 minutes to see if they need more water or if they are tender enough when you introduce a knife.

I added while cooking, a carrot and garlic powder to taste and half an onion.

I kept the lead on the pot all the time so it would be done faster.

Meanwhile I fried some pork meat with some super small slics of onion and tomatoes, giving a lot of flavour.

Meanwhile I fried some ematloaf with some banana in small pieces all for just a few minutes.

Then I added to the pot with beans the pork meat with the onion and tomatoes, the meatloaf with banana and mixed all up and left it there for a few minutes and then added some slices of bacon and then it was ready to serve, this is very tasty anddd powerful, perfect for a nap ahahah
