Richard H. Bernstein, born Richard Howard Bernstein on November 9, 1973, in Detroit, Michigan, he is now ONLY 39.
He is an American lawyer (civil rights lawyer) and he is legally blind from an eye disease called “Retinitis Pigmentosa”.
He studied at the University of Michigan and Northwestern University School of Law.

Currently he is practicing at The Law Offices of Sam Bernstein. He also is an adjunct professor at the University of Michigan.

He is licensed to practice law in the states of Michigan and New York.

Richard H. Bernstein has focused on protecting the rights of people with disabilities, which is done pro bono.
