Scott Moore a blind Judo player

Scott Moore is a visually impaired guy graduated from
LSVI (Louisiana School for the Visually Impaired) in 1988.
He is a former student of Mrs, Kathy Michael, a sighted teacher with love for kids with all disabilities who by the way is a good friend of this Show and the one who introduced me to Scott.
Mrs. Kathy Michael was Scott’s art teacher when he was in elementary school and later his middle school study skills teacher at the Louisiana School for the Visually Impaired.
Today Mrs Michael
Is an itinerant teacher/specialist for children with visual impairments and their teachers in the East Baton Rouge Parish Public School System.
She help teachers who have visually impaired children in their classes.

Scott Moore wrestled at LSVI then got into judo in college and have been doing that for almost 25 years and have been a member and now the coach for the US Paralympic judo team.
1996 US Paralympic Team – Bronze.
2000 Gold.
2004 Bronze.
2008 Assistant Coach.
2012 US Paralympic Team – Head Coach.
